The work of the Beloved Community Center is divided into eight inter-related working groups. Each working group is dependent upon the others, which re-emphasizes the importance of each area of work. The Working Group structure is meant to decentralize and democratize the work of the BCC and each working group is the primary place that members of the organization receive guidance and training in the beloved community method and outlook.
