12:30  WORKING LUNCH: What has changed in your life and in your community’s life because of the TRC Process?

1:15  CAUCUSING TOWARD OUR CAUSE: Concrete planning workshops toward implementation of specific recommendations.

2:00  ORGANIZING THE WORK: How will we carry the work of implementing the recommendations of the Final Report out into the community? What priorities do we bring to the recommendations? What are the mechanics of our organizing strategy?
